Sip a cocktail at the bar and watch a fabulous sunset before sidling into this easy-going bistro that has quickly earned a reputation as one of the finest places to eat on the island. The fish and lobster are superb whether marinated in ginger and soy or simply pan-fried on the grill, and there's a smaller selection of fine cuts of beef or lamb. Finish things off with a Caicos Coffee, strong and infused with plenty of kahlua and whipped cream.
