There are daily flights to Middle Caicos from Providenciales

There are daily flights to Middle Caicos from Providenciales with TCA and Inter-Island Airways, some of them stopping at North Caicos en route. There is also a ferry from Bottle Creek in North Caicos on Saturdays from 8am (US$2 per person, US$20 for a car), landing at Crossing Place in the west of the island.

You won't find a tourist office on the island or a car rental outlet, but there are a couple of local taxi drivers who prowl around the airport and will be delighted to take you on a tour of the island - reckon on around US$25 per hour.
